What is the turn-around time for editing services?
I typically require at least one week to read your draft and prepare comments. If your draft is longer than 25 pages, I may require additional time to complete my review. If I can accommodate you, I will do so. However, if you anticipate the need for multiple rounds of feedback, please build that into your timeline in advance.
How much do your services cost?
My rates are consistent with the median rates quoted by the Editorial Freelancers Association, of which I am a member. All rates are negotiated on a case-by-case and per-project basis. Because equity is important to me, I maintain a sliding scale for all of my services, so graduate students and adjunct instructors can expect to pay less than post-docs and full-time faculty.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due after services are rendered. I accept payment via check or direct bank transfer.
